The operator OS for solo founders running multiple ventures.
One system that holds your full context across every venture, every agent, every decision. No re-briefing. No drift. No dropped threads.
No credit card. No pitch deck. Just the list.
The problem
Current tools were built for single-product companies. You're not that.
Context is invisible
Your AI tools know nothing about the other three ventures running in parallel. Every session starts cold. You re-brief from scratch every time.
Work fragments across a dozen surfaces
Tasks live in Notion. Notes in Obsidian. Decisions in Slack threads. Commits in GitHub. Nothing talks to anything.
Agents hallucinate your own strategy back at you
Without persistent context, your AI assistant invents plausible-sounding answers that contradict what you decided three weeks ago.
Four pillars
Built around the four things a multi-venture operator actually needs.
Pulse
One live view of every venture, every day.
Active tasks, pending decisions, what shipped yesterday, what's at risk today. The dashboard you build in your head every morning, built for you.
Connect Existing
Ingests your current tools. No migration.
Obsidian, Notion, GitHub, email, Slack. Your data stays where it is. Koya reads it and adds it to the shared context layer. Start using it in hours, not months.
Conversation Ingestion
Every insight lands in the brain automatically.
Cowork sessions, voice notes, Slack decisions, browser tabs. Koya captures the thinking that lives between your tools and surfaces it when it matters.
Lane Enforcement
Quality gates that keep agents on standard.
Enforces the studio quality bar on every agent task, prompt, and strategic memo before it ships. No below-bar output, no re-work, no silent failures.
The bet
I've been building venture software for over a year. Mission Control was my first real attempt to solve the coordination problem. It grew into something that handles tasks, decisions, agent dispatch, and more.
What I kept running into: every tool I used, every agent I talked to, had no idea what was happening in the others. I'd finish a conversation in Claude about Nodara and immediately need to re-brief it about the childcare platform. The context never carried. The thinking evaporated.
Koya is what I built to fix that for myself. It now holds context across five active ventures, ingests from Obsidian and GitHub and email, and enforces quality standards so agent output doesn't drift into vague corporate mush.
I'm releasing it because the problem is real and the solution is sharp. It won't be for everyone. If you're running one company with a full team, you don't need this. If you're a solo operator with multiple bets and a laptop, this is what I wish had existed when I started.
